What we're up to...

Current Mosaic paint layouts in process.
Frames in paint.

Lead time update!

Frames hanging on hooks is a leading indicator of a few things around here, namely, how busy we are at any given time. If the photo above of the paint rack this morning gives you an idea of what we've been up to, saying that we're busy would be an understatement!

The past 12 months have presented some incredible challenges, but not without incredible opportunities. We've been extremely fortunate to have experienced a huge increase in demand, and figuring out how to manage that within our current team and facility continues to be a neverending puzzle. This opportunity has allowed us to add a few new faces around Mosaic too, in Zach Speer as a frame builder and James Batty as a second painter.

As we've navigated this spring, it's become obvious that our lead time has increased. Our historic promise of a 6 week lead time is something that for the time being, isn't a realistic expectation for us to give our customers. In terms of raw material and inventory, we're looking great and can't wait to turn all this titanium into beautiful frames. In standard Mosaic fashion, we want to ensure that every Mosaic frame that leaves our building has been built to a standard that we're proud of, in the same way, by the same people. With that in mind, our lead time on current and new orders has been extended to 12 weeks. If you have an order in the queue that needs some special treatment, give us a shout and we'll do everything we can to make it happen.

Thanks as always for your support, and we're looking forward to another fantastic year.

-The Mosaic Crew
