Cyclocross in Support of Wounded Warriors

Special edition XT-1 and Pachache Artist Series kit release

Mosaic Cycles is excited to partner with elite cyclocross racer Mitch Hoke to support his 2018 cross season while raising funds for a special cause. After a two-year hiatus from racing Hoke will be returning for the 2018 cyclocross season, racing throughout the US while raising money for the Wounded Warrior Project.

The Wounded Warrior Project is a 501c3 Non-Profit with the goal of supporting Veterans and service members who incurred a physical or mental injury while serving in the military on or after September 11, 2001. The WWP supports veterans in finding mental and physical support, housing, and work.

Inspired by Mitch's time flying C-130 planes in the Air National Guard and his desire to use cycling to benefit veterans in need, we've put together a special edition XT-1 in support of his efforts, a version of which will be auctioned off during this season in support of the cause. Stay tuned for more on this. The XT-1 has been custom painted by Spectrum Paint & Powderworks to match Mitch's race kit and spec'd out with the Ultegra components and Pro cockpit from partner Shimano. You'll have no trouble spotting this on the race circuit.

To kick the season off Mitch's race kit will be availbable for purchase with proceeds benefiting the Wounded Warriors Project. The kit is a collaboration between Mosaic friends designer Jay Ferracane of Angry Bovine and Boulder clothing company Panache Cyclewear. The Guest Artist Series special edition kit is on sale now. Pre sale of the kit is going on now here.

Make sure to follow Mitch on his instagram for highlights from the season and more information about Wounded Warriors Project. Hoke will be accepting further donations through the his WWP page here.
